Manny Pacquiao will face Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton this coming May 2, 2009 in MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas!
The National Fist of the Philippines [Pambansang Kamao] himself confirmed the news just this morning, according to the Flash Report aired over GMA 7.
Pacquiao also granted a short interview in Balitanghali [Q Channel 11's newscast] around 20 minutes ago, as of this writing, and confirmed their settled negotiation with Hatton's camp.
...and how big the purse is at stake on this bout? Well, that's Manny has refused to disclose.
