Archbishop Oscar Cruz clarifies early news reports that he won't give President Gloria Arroyo a communion.
A known staunch critic of Arroyo government, Cruz said he didn't name or even specifically refer the president in such statement.
Cruz explains that he would not give communion to known sinner unless the latter will confess his/her sins and return what they stole.
He added that media might have drawn conclusions from that statement he made and with his earlier words stemmed from discussions over rampant corruption in the government these days.
