"Tatakbo po ako sa pagkapangulo...," referring to the much-anticipated, much-hyped pre-2010 elections drama.
The announcement was made at Club Filipino in San Juan City with Aquino's camp this morning. Also present at the press conference are colleagues of Noynoy from Liberal Party.
