Are they just too lazy, inconsiderate to others?
Siguro sa case ng toilet na ito, may explanation.
It should be blame on how the toilet is situated... so close to the wall that makes difficult for anyone to reach the flush handle!
Syempre, karamihan sa atin, we only use our feet to tap the flush handle ng isang public toilet, thus, many of us will leave this one unflushed!
Don't get me wrong, I don't leave any toilet unflushed (kahit nga hirap ako dyan sa isa)... at sabi nga natin-- bawal ang BALUKTOT NA KATWIRAN!
