Syempre, ang ibang Pinoy- walang pasensya sa pila- thus, this guy accepted the 'service' which costs him P150, a P50-higher than the original price in munisipyo.
But after few hours, the alleged police officer-cum-fixer failed to secure police clearance for that guy.
An argument heated up between the two.
To make the story short, this poor guy left the munisipyo and decided to go back before the police the next day na lang.
Lessons learned?
